Uniting Africa Through Culinary Heritage
The Burgundy by Chef Stone is a true Fine Dining Culinary Experience with Chef Stone. Offering a unique full-course pan African fine dining menu with an extensive wines of the world collection.
This 7-year project seeks to unite Africa through our diverse but very similar cultural culinary heritage. Our team of culinary professionals have travelled across and beyond Africa, learning and sharing a wealth of culinary history and creating a unique but nostalgic taste to share with the world.
Each dish tells a story of tradition and innovation reimagined through modern culinary techniques and presented with artistic flair.

With over 15 years of culinary expertise, Chef Stone has dedicated his career to exploring and elevating Pan-African cuisine. Trained in prestigious kitchens across Europe and Africa, he brings a unique perspective to traditional dishes.
